Event Policies

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, each guest voluntarily
assumes all risks associated with attending, including but not limited to walking on dirt, gravel,
uneven terrain, wooden walkways, uneven wood surfaces, loose boards, concrete, and other
natural and constructed surfaces. Guests understand that participation in attractions and rides
involves inherent risks and agree to attend and participate entirely at their own risk.

ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:

Guests may participate in a variety of activities, including but not
limited to: train rides, inflatable slides, climbing structures, photo opportunities, s’mores-making,
and live entertainment. Participation in these activities may involve risks such as falls, collisions,
burns, or other injuries, and is done at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all
times by a parent or guardian.

INFLATABLE ATTRACTIONS:

Inflatable slides and play structures are open to both children and adults.
Guests must use inflatables responsibly — no roughhousing, flips, or exceeding posted capacity
limits. Unsafe use is strictly prohibited. Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.

TRAINS AND RIDE ATTRACTIONS:

The Holiday Express Train and other rides operate on fixed
schedules and may involve movement, stops, and starts. Guests must remain seated and follow
all instructions while riding. Train rides are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

GOLF CART TRANSPORTATION:

Guests may be transported by golf carts or town cars within the
event grounds. By boarding, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of riding in a motorized
vehicle and agree to ride at their own risk.

STUNT SHOW & LIVE ENTERTAINMENT:

Live stunt shows may include loud noises, sudden movements,
pyrotechnics, and other effects. Attendance and viewing are at the guest’s own risk. Parental
discretion is advised for small children.

PHOTO OPS & EVENT FIXTURES:

Guests may interact with photo opportunities, light displays,
holiday décor, and large decorative fixtures. Any interaction, including leaning on, climbing on,
or posing with these installations, is done strictly at the guest’s own risk. Pratt Brothers
Christmas is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from unsafe interaction with
displays.

S'MORES & OPEN FIRE:

he event provides open fire pits for guests to roast marshmallows and
prepare s’mores. Guests acknowledge the inherent risks of being near open flame, including
burns or smoke exposure, and agree to participate at their own risk. Children must be supervised
by a parent or guardian at all times.

PARADE:

The nightly parade includes performers, floats, and vehicles moving through the event
streets. Guests must remain on sidewalks or designated viewing areas and follow staff
instructions. Watching the parade is at the guest’s own risk. Entering the parade path is strictly
prohibited.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Guests with medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions,
epilepsy, back or neck problems, or sensitivity to loud sounds or flashing lights) should use
caution when attending and participating in event activities. Participation is voluntary and at the
guest’s own risk.

WEATHER DISCLAIMER:

This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. Guests are
advised to dress appropriately for weather and terrain. Attendance during adverse weather
conditions is at the guest’s own risk. In the rare case of unsafe conditions that require
cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Security & Bag Checks: All guests and belongings are subject to security screening and bag
checks upon entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and violation of rules may result in
removal without refund. Entry is at the guest’s own risk.

CONDUCT POLICY:

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow attendees.
Harassment, disorderly conduct, intoxication, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate
removal without refund. Attendance is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.

LOST CHILDREN & SUPERVISION:

Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children
at all times. The event is not responsible for unattended minors.

PARKING:

Parking is provided at the guest’s own risk. Pratt Brothers Christmas is not responsible
for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles.

FOOD & ALLERGENS:

Food and beverage offerings may contain or be prepared near common
allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Consumption of food and beverages is at the
guest’s own risk.

GENERAL TERMS:

Tickets are valid only for the date purchased, and all sales are final and non-
refundable. The event is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Tickets may not be
resold for commercial purposes, and any tickets suspected of fraud or resale may be voided. The
event may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to weather, safety, or other circumstances
beyond our control. By attending, guests agree to comply with all posted rules and staff
instructions and understand that failure to do so may result in removal without refund.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

By attending Pratt Brothers Christmas, guests expressly acknowledge that
all activities, attractions, and participation are undertaken at their own risk. Guests release and
hold harmless the organizers, property owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims or liability
for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur

HOURS AND OPERATIONS
The hours and operating days of the event may change without notice. Ticket prices and options are subject to change without notice. Attractions and entertainment are also subject to change without notice. Admission to the event may be denied if the capacity is reached. In case of bad weather, Pratt Brothers Christmas may close any of the attractions without notice.

GENERAL EVENT POLICY
Welcome to Pratt Brothers Christmas! We are a cashless event. family-friendly event and we expect all guests to behave appropriately. Please refrain from engaging in unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior, including line-jumping and the use of profanity. These actions are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violating our event policies may result in being asked to leave the event without a refund. For more information, please review the event policies below.

GUEST SECURITY
We take security very seriously at Pratt Brothers Christmas. We may inspect all packages, purses, backpacks, and fanny packs either before you enter or while you are at the event. Please remember that weapons and illegal items are not allowed. To make your entry faster, we recommend leaving any unnecessary items in your car, preferably in the trunk. Note that Pratt Brothers Christmas isn’t responsible for any belongings left in vehicles.

PETS/ SERVICES ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the event, with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired, or other individuals with special needs. Pratt Brothers Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with
Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.

If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.

Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK

No outside food or beverage is permitted at Pratt Brothers Christmas. The only exceptions are a sealed/closed bottle of water or individuals with allergy restrictions and infant food.

SMOKING POLICY
Pratt Brothers Christmas is a smoke-free event. Smoking at Pratt Brothers Christmas is strictly prohibited. All smoking restrictions extend to e-cigarettes and similar products.

DRONES (UAVs) / UNMANNED VEHICLE
At Pratt Brothers Christmas, the use of any unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone on, from, or above the premises is strictly prohibited without specific written consent. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO By entering the event grounds, guests grant Pratt Brothers Christmas the right to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture their image and likeness.Guests agree that such media may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited tosocial media, advertising, and marketing materials, without compensation.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
FOR THE SAFETY AND RESPECT OF OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

No drugs/substances of any kind are allowed inside
No illegal substances
No pet event (Service animals permitted, more information above)
No outside food or drink
No opened containers of any kind
No professional cameras (this includes small, medium, or large detachable lenses)
No professional video or recording devices
No laser pointers
No fireworks
No weapons of any kind (We reserve the right to determine what is or is not a weapon)
No glass containers
No alcohol of any kind (As with any public event, please be respectful of others. With
safety as a primary concern, all persons entering are subject to search.)
No overnight eventing
We reserve the right to refuse entry

RECOMMENDED DRESS CODE
The event is being held in Rawhide Western Town, which has wood decking, baseboards, dirt walkways, and crushed gravel walkways. Guests are advised to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and boots are preferable during or after rain. Fun festive attire is encouraged, but full costumes or character impersonators are not allowed. This includes costumes such as Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, and any other attire deemed inappropriate by management.

FIRST AID
The first aid station will be in the center of town. This location will be visible on all town maps. In the event of an emergency, promptly inform a guest service representative, who will then contact the appropriate emergency personnel.

LOST CHILDREN OR GUESTS
Please notify the nearest Pratt Brothers Christmas team member of a lost child. Lost guests will be brought to the guest services booth.

LOST AND FOUND
Any items lost or found within Pratt Brothers Christmas should be brought to the attention of any team member. Lost and Found location will be at the guest services booth. Lost and Found Items will only be kept for 30 days. For more information please contact info@prattbrotherschristmas.com
